1.Our Pricing Commitment

Pa-Abogado is committed to transparent and fair pricing. Every fee is disclosed before you confirm a service, so you always know what you are paying for. We do not add hidden charges, and any platform service charge is itemized separately from the Abogado's professional fee.

Pa-Abogado is a marketplace-type legal technology platform that connects Clients with independent licensed Abogados. Professional fees are set by each Abogado; platform service charges are set and disclosed before payment.

Notarial fees follow the schedule prescribed by the Rules on Notarial Practice and A.M. No. 24-10-14-SC where applicable, plus a platform service charge.

Document preparation fees vary by document type and complexity. The exact fee is shown before you confirm a request, and notarization (if needed) is billed separately through PaNotaryo.

2.Platform Service Charges

In addition to the Abogado's professional fee, a platform service is charged for the use of the Platform, payment processing, and related services. The platform service charge is:

For Clients: Disclosed as a separate line item at checkout before you confirm payment.
For Lawyers: Deducted from the collected fee and reflected in the payout statement.
Payment processing: Third-party payment processor fees may apply and are shown before payment.

The exact percentage or fixed amount of the platform service charge is disclosed during on-boarding and at the point of each transaction. The platform may revise its service charges from time to time with prior notice.

3.Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the nature and status of the service. If a service was not delivered as agreed, you may raise a dispute through the Platform within fourteen (14) days of the service date. See our Terms of Service for the full dispute resolution process.

4.No Hidden Fees

We do not charge registration fees, subscription fees for Clients, or any fee that is not disclosed before a transaction. If you ever see a charge you do not recognize, contact us at support@pa-abogado.ph.
